Alexis started her career working in assisted living in 2013 as part of the care team. She knew right away that her goal was to be an administrator some day. Alexis started with the Gables in 2016 and has since held different positions starting as a caregiver and eventually becoming an Administrator. Alexis loves being able to make a difference in her residents, staff, and families’ lives. Alexis is from a family with a passion for caring, as her mother and younger sister both work for an assisted living community in Montana. Alexis loves the relationships she has built with her residents and families over the years and strives to fill their lives with joy, happiness, and purpose. Alexis has a daughter who has been a part of the Gables since she was firstborn. The positive interactions between her daughter and the residents are something Alexis says she “will carry with her forever.” Alexis is grateful for the opportunity to serve the Shelley community and continue building lifelong relationships as she lives out her passion.
